We are looking for a Software Developer

What You Will Work On

• Lead development activities through sprint planning and backlog management
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
• Define, document, and manage requirements and technical specifications
• Develop roadmaps for strategic feature development and delivery plans
• Build and maintain solutions that improve team productivity and delivery quality
• Ensure delivery of well-tested and high-quality software solutions
• Contribute to both frontend-focused fullstack development and process improvements
• Support continuous improvement and structured ways of working

What You Bring

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development
• Experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on frontend
• Solid knowledge of React, Java/.NET, APIs, and web technologies
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical skills and abstract thinking ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven mindset
• Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Fluent in Swedish and English
