Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Tester

What you will work on

• Planning, executing, and following up on test activities
• Developing and maintaining automated test suites
• Performing API testing and GUI testing (both manual and automated)
• Collaborating closely with developers and analysts in cross-functional teams
• Participating in requirements reviews and solution analysis in early phases
• Deg and improving test strategies, processes, and ways of working
• Managing and executing test cases using test management tools
• Working with test data handling and database validation
• Contributing to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
• Ensuring quality and reliability of financial systems and services
• Collaborating within a broader test community/network for knowledge sharing

What you bring

• Strong experience as a Technical Tester with both manual and automated testing
• Programming skills in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience developing and maintaining API test automation
• Experience with GUI test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., XXXX XXXX)
• Strong SQL skills for test data handling and validation
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of modern tech stacks and test architecture
• Knowledge of Java and unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest) is a plus
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
