Senior Technical Project Manager – 14867

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead a defined sub-project within a larger IT modernization program, reporting to the main project manager
• Plan, drive and follow up work towards agreed goals, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate activities between the project team, stakeholders and the line organization responsible for existing solutions
• Work closely with architects, IT specialists and project management to align scope, timelines and technical direction
• Contribute to defining goals, deliverables, estimates and schedules
• Ensure required documentation is produced and maintained in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards
• Drive implementation activities covering architecture, requirements, development, procurement and technical deployment
• Support cloud migration initiatives and modernization of existing IT solutions

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience leading IT projects involving architecture, requirements management, development, procurement and technical implementation
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including implementation in highly transaction-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures, including Kubernetes, event streaming and messaging
• Knowledge of network architecture and cloud-based solutions
• Experience from cloud migration projects
• Solid technical background gained through education and professional experience
• Experience working in decentralized and agile environments
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills
• Confidence in leading teams and coordinating parallel activities
• Experience from complex B2C IT environments with high requirements on availability, security, traceability and accuracy (meriting)
• Knowledge of cloud security mechanisms, including encryption, key management and secrets handling (meriting)
• Experience with modern security principles such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege and DevSecOps (meriting)
• Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent (meriting)
