Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect

What You Will Work On

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for the intranet platform
• Translate business and UX requirements into technical designs
• Design and implement integration architectures (APIs, middleware, identity models)
• Define identity and access management models (SSO, federation, authentication)
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance standards
• Guide vendors and internal teams in solution implementation
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term architecture strategy
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and future-proof design
• Collaborate across business and IT stakeholders in a global environment

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise environments
• Proven experience with SaaS platforms and large-scale intranet/digital workplace implementations
• Experience with SharePoint migrations or intranet consolidation projects
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, SSO, federation)
• Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, AD, SAML, OAuth)
• Solid understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements
• Experience deg scalable and maintainable system landscapes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Experience working in complex, global organizations
• Fluent in English
