Senior Software Test Engineer – HIL/SIL & Test Automation (Lead Role) – 17018

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Define and implement test strategies and test plans
• Lead development of HIL, SIL, and bench testing environments
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases
• Develop scripts and schedule automated test executions (e.g., long-duration tests, release verification)
• Support and coach developers in software testing practices
• Contribute to test framework development and improvement
• Ensure high-quality delivery through advanced test automation
• Collaborate closely with development teams across software and hardware domains

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Several years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems
• Experience working with HIL and/or SIL testing environments
• Experience in test automation and scripting
• Experience building or contributing to test frameworks
• Proven ability to lead and coach others in testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
