Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant for an international industrial company undergoing a group-wide ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA.
What You Will Work On
- Lead master data structuring and migration into SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure engineering data is correctly modeled and aligned with ERP standards
- Establish and stabilize integrations between:
- Legacy systems
- PDM solutions (Windchill / KLEO)
- SAP S/4HANA
- Act as the bridge between ERP, product configuration, and PDM domains
- Support and guide junior team members
- Drive decisions and ensure progress in a high-intensity transformation environment
- Create structure, governance, and prioritization within the master data workstream
What You Bring
- Senior experience working in SAP environments during ERP transformations
- Strong experience with master data, especially engineering-related data
- Proven experience integrating ERP, PDM, and legacy systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives to completion
- Structured, leadership-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
