Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager

What you will work on

• Leading and coordinating powertrain phase-out (end-of-life) projects
• Managing structured decommissioning of components and systems
• Planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Identifying and managing risks, deviations, and mitigation plans
• Ensuring industrial readiness and production phase-out alignment
• Managing spare parts commitments and aftermarket considerations
• Preparing decision-making materials for steering committees
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
• Ensuring a controlled and quality-assured handover to product maintenance
• Supporting alignment between engineering, operations, and business functions

What you bring

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within product development or R&D
• Strong experience working with complex technical systems, preferably in automotive
• Experience in powertrain (engine/gearbox) is highly valuable
• Strong capability in risk management and issue resolution
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
• Experience with industrialization, production, or aftermarket operations is a plus
• Ability to manage project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and steering materials
• Structured and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
