Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On:
- Represent business and brand needs within development programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, service, and quality
- Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and industrial conditions
- Support project definition and contribute to decision-making materials
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes
- Ensure structured execution and delivery according to plans
- Report status, risks, and key decisions to steering forums
What You Bring:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience in product development environments
- Experience in automotive or complex system development
- Strong experience working cross-functionally in large organizations
- Ability to align technical solutions with business and customer needs
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-driving capabilities
