Senior PLM Consultant – 14783

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Translate PLM theory into practical, day-to-day usage and ensure the client’s new PLM strategy is applied in ongoing projects
• Support project teams and end users in adopting new ways of working within the PLM platform
• Identify, document, and communicate improvement opportunities within processes and PLM tools for future prioritization and implementation
• Contribute to establishing a coherent digital thread across the entire product lifecycle
• Ensure PLM processes function effectively in complex, collaborative environments involving external partners
• Support the client’s overall strategy by helping reduce lead time and cost through increased digitalization
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders as a key contributor to the team

What you bring:

• Solid experience working with agile methodologies
• Deep knowledge of PLM tools, preferably Siemens Teamcenter
• Understanding of working in regulated and rule-driven organizations
• Experience working in project-based environments with structured status reporting
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners in complex project settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible value
• Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to see both the big picture and important details
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Willingness to undergo security clearance if required
