Senior Method Engineer / Development Engineer – 14817

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Method Engineer / Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define and develop safe, efficient, and ergonomic working methods for energy storage and charging systems in battery-electric heavy vehicles
• Develop troubleshooting and repair methods for components, articles, and functions within high-voltage systems, including traction batteries and high-voltage cabling
• Specify how repairs and maintenance should be executed and ensure requirements are met during concept development
• Maintain and update the special tools database and define requirements for service-friendly designs
• Optimize workshop processes to achieve high quality, minimal downtime, and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement workshop-adapted solutions
• Utilize digital analysis and development tools such as CATIA, DELMIA, and IPS where applicable

What you bring:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong technical interest and understanding of vehicle systems
• Experience with high-voltage systems in automotive applications is an advantage
• Background in heavy vehicles and workshop or service environments is beneficial
• Knowledge of customer product structures and overall product understanding is a plus
• Experience using digital analysis and development tools such as CATIA, DELMIA, or IPS
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
