Senior IT Business Analyst – Aftermarket Systems – 15518

Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support and develop IT solutions for an Aftermarket business.

What you will work on:

• Build a deep understanding of the Aftermarket business processes and supporting IT systems
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather and validate business requirements
• Support cross-divisional aftermarket initiatives and contribute to process harmonization
• Work with pre-studies, projects, and change initiatives from idea to implementation
• Define current state, future state, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Create business requirements, system documentation, and operational process descriptions
• Evaluate solution options based on feasibility, cost, and business value
• Support business case development for IT investments
• Participate in solution implementation, including development, testing, and deployment
• Use data analysis, models, diagrams, and visual tools to communicate insights clearly

What you bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience working with Aftermarket business processes (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
• Experience supporting projects and change initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively with stakeholders
• High proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio, or similar
• Structured, curious, and self-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
