Senior E2E Telecom Architect – 5G & Support Systems – 15402

Assignment Description: We are looking for a highly experienced E2E Telecom Architect to join our team.

What you will work on:

• Design and lead end-to-end LTE and 5G architecture across RAN, core network, IMS, and support systems
• Own and review E2E and component-level architecture and design documentation
• Lead feature design and development in large-scale telecom implementation projects
• Drive requirements collection, prioritization, and backlog/portfolio management
• Collaborate with mobile network operators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support solution delivery from RFI/RFQ through design, implementation, deployment, and support
• Participate in test planning, execution, and troubleshooting of LTE/5G solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot LTE/5G protocol traces
• Ensure compliance with telecom security, trade, and export regulations
• Contribute to multi-vendor and international telecom programs

What you bring:

• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills
• 20+ years of experience within the telecom industry
• Deep expertise in LTE and 5G E2E solutions and ecosystems
• Strong experience in telecom architecture and system design
• Proven background in project management and/or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with IMS protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP)
• Solid knowledge of telecom-specific security solutions
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VNF and cloud-native)
• Experience with application system development (backend and frontend)
• Background in multi-vendor and large-scale telecom implementation projects
• Experience from standardization work (e.g. 3GPP or similar) is a strong advantage
