Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer

What you will work on

• Develop, configure, and customize applications within IBM Maximo (MAS / Maximo Manage)
• Lead development activities and support requirement analysis and solution design
• Manage and resolve incidents, including both functional and technical issues
• Work with Maximo Business Object (MBO) Framework, security groups, database configuration, and object structures
• Implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing development initiatives

What you bring

• Strong experience with IBM Maximo, including configuration and customization
• Solid knowledge of MBO Framework and MIF
• Experience deg and delivering enterprise-level integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
• Experience with middleware technologies such as ESB and API gateways
• Leadership ability to guide and mentor development teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with ownership mentality
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms is a plus
