Senior CPQ / Tacton Modeling Consultant – 16397

Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced CPQ professional

What You Will Work On

• Gather and clarify product configuration requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and build complex configuration models within Tacton CPQ.
• Optimize and scale existing configuration logic for performance and maintainability.
• Validate and test configuration models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Lead meetings and coordinate information gathering for implementation projects.
• Drive and document structured “ways of working” for the development team.
• Run projects in an agile manner with continuous stakeholder feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and education to sales teams using the CPQ platform.
• Support evaluation and potential implementation of Tacton Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, R&D, finance, and sales teams globally.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tacton CPQ modeling.
• Strong experience with CPQ platforms in complex product environments.
• Ability to independently drive modeling topics and requirement structuring.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into structured configuration logic.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience documenting processes, methodologies, and governance structures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
