Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Chief Accountant

What You Will Work On

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records for the legal entity
• Close books in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare statutory and compliance reporting for the legal entity
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, accounting policies, and partner standards
• Keep updated with changes in accounting policies and implement them in reporting
• Manage control and reconciliation of accounts (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)
• Produce accounting reports for internal (management reporting) and external (compliance, consolidation) audiences, including cash flow and budget reporting
• Monitor KPIs and conduct follow-ups with relevant stakeholders
• Establish operational plans and contribute to development of new processes, standards, or operational plans impacting functional results
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience at expert level
• Recognized expertise in General Accounting / Company Control
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, compliance, and tax regulations
• Experience with account reconciliation, financial statements, and management reporting
• Ability to establish operational plans and implement impactful processes
• Strong communication skills for leadership interaction
• Fluent in English
