Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and implement a change management strategy to support the introduction of new digital tools within an energy-sector organization
- Develop a comprehensive change management plan covering stakeholder analysis, communication, training, implementation, and follow-up
- Address varying levels of digital maturity across office-based and field-based employees
- Work closely with internal teams responsible for technical implementation to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Drive user acceptance, adoption, and long-term impact of digital solutions
- Facilitate communication, workshops, and engagement activities to support the change journey
- Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting change initiatives to ensure sustainable results
What you bring:
- Documented experience in change management related to digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working within industrial, energy, or utility environments, preferably within hydropower or energy operations
- Proven ability to drive digital adoption in organizations with both office-based and field-based staff
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation
- Ability to work strategically while translating plans into practical, actionable initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex organizational environments
- Fluent in English and Swedish
