Senior CAM Manufacturing Engineer – 14586

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAM Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Create and develop NC programs for turning and milling using Siemens NX.
• Perform setup definition, method planning, and tool selection to ensure efficient and high-quality machining processes.
• Use Vericut for simulation, verification, and optimization of ISO code before release to production.
• Work with 3D models to create CNC programs, production drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate closely with production technicians and machine operators to ensure quality, robustness, and manufacturability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying needs for new tooling, methods, and technologies.
• Store and manage documents, CNC programs, and related data in Teamcenter.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, technical university studies, or equivalent competence gained through experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cutting machining.
• Practical machine experience in both turning and milling.
• Good understanding of production flow, machining methods, and quality outcomes.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (Swedish is mandatory).
• Meritorious: experience with NC programming and/or Siemens NX; familiarity with Vericut and Teamcenter.
• Competencies in Mechanical Engineering (Product and Machine Design) and Process & Production Engineering
