Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Analyze, define, and translate complex business needs into clear, scalable, and actionable requirements for App-first digital banking solutions
  • Co-define a modular, scalable App and channel strategy supporting rapid growth across multiple European markets and lead products
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management for App-focused digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in user journeys and drive harmonization across markets, channels, and products
  • Ensure adherence to App-first principles and omni-channel consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Recommend solutions that improve scalability, performance, and resilience of the mobile App and underlying platforms
  • Specify requirements and support internal teams on CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, staged rollouts, and design reviews
  • Define and maintain RACI models for governance of feature toggles, A/B testing, and localization assets
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor App performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital banking, fintech, or large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Proven experience delivering mobile App solutions in digital banking with a strong focus on scalability, speed-to-market, and user experience
  • Deep understanding of App-first strategies and omni-channel engagement models
  • Experience scaling a pan-European App platform while balancing a shared core with local regulatory, language, and UX/UI requirements
  • Strong command of business analysis practices, including requirements elicitation, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and traceability
  • Proven ability to bridge strategic product goals with technical and delivery constraints
  • Experience supporting multiple banking products within a single, unified App architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, feature flag management, staged rollouts, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, technology, and business team
