Senior Business Analyst – 14842

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support a large-scale transformation programme within a B2B financial services environment
• Drive end-to-end requirements work across business processes, systems, and external partners, with a focus on asset finance solutions
• Analyse current and future business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements
• Document, map, and refine business processes to support modernised ways of working
• Manage and structure features, epics, and requirements in Jira
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and external partners
• Support and coach business users in adopting more digital, structured, and efficient ways of working
• Contribute to consistent delivery across initiatives within a cross-functional, matrix-based programme setup
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery practices

What you bring:

• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience from core banking transformations with solid knowledge of banking and leasing businesses
• Hands-on experience working with CRM implementations
• Knowledge of banking domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in Jira with solid administrative and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
