Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with R&D, IT, and Sales & Marketing to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Ensure new and existing needs are translated into effective, sustainable solutions.
• Participate in creating and modeling solutions that align with business goals, processes, and operational needs.
• Communicate, inform, and educate stakeholders on requirements, solution proposals, and upcoming changes.
• Lead assignments and conduct pre-studies to provide structured decision-making support.
• Coordinate and support acceptance testing activities to secure quality and functionality.

What you bring:

• Minimum three years of higher education at university level.
• Strong skills in analyzing complex requirements and converting them into clear solution proposals.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading assignments, coordinating teams, and driving structured work forward.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and evolving business environments.
• Strong, structured approach to documentation, requirements management, and follow-up.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meriting experience with Automotive RoD processes, product structure, AWS development, and cloud migration from on-prem solutions.
• General understanding of software development practices
