Senior Asset Manager – 14841

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Managing and overseeing technical assets in operation with a focus on availability, performance, and safety
• Supporting facilities during commissioning and the transition from project delivery to operational management
• Monitoring technical and commercial performance against contracts, warranties, and defined KPIs
• Coordinating suppliers, service partners, and external stakeholders during operational phases
• Contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of asset management processes, routines, and ways of working
• Managing and following up on contracts, permits, and relevant agreements
• Producing ongoing reporting related to operations, deviations, risks, and improvement actions
• Collaborating closely with internal functions such as engineering, projects, operations, and finance

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in asset management, technical operations, or management of industrial or energy-related facilities
• Experience from energy, power grids, energy storage, industry, or other critical infrastructure environments
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work with and analyze complex systems
• Experience coordinating suppliers, service providers, and maintenance contracts
• Structured, operational, and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-growing, or changing organizations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical, commercial, and operational interface
• Fluent in English and Swedish
