SAP S/4HANA Workstream Lead – 16849 – Solna, Sweden

Assignment Description: We are looking for an experienced Workstream Lead

What You Will Work On:

• Lead delivery of the Supply Chain Planning workstream within Plan to Fulfill
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain planning processes and system integrations
• Coordinate with other workstreams such as logistics, warehouse, finance, and procurement
• Collaborate with implementation partners and external vendors
• Identify and resolve process and system gaps
• Manage planning, resource allocation, and follow-up within the workstream
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes
• Support change management, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Act as an ambassador for the new solution within the organization

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading complex projects or workstreams in supply chain planning
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (sales, production, procurement, finance)
• Experience with SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP IBP and/or PPDS
• Experience in business and system transformation projects
• Knowledge of ERP integrations
• Experience with structured project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
