Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Foundation Lead

What You Will Work On

• Provide strategic direction across SAP foundation domains including technology, integration, development, testing, and security.
• Lead and coordinate domain sub-leads to ensure alignment across the program.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and KPIs.
• Act as the main escalation point for foundation-related risks and challenges.
• Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Oversee the SAP technology roadmap and platform strategy.
• Define and guide integration architecture across systems and platforms.
• Ensure development standards and quality practices are followed across teams.
• Drive testing strategies and ensure robust validation across releases.
• Oversee security architecture, compliance requirements, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with program leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience working with SAP architecture and foundational domains in large transformation programs.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional SAP teams in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RICE frameworks, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments and enterprise integration environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid experience with governance models and strategic program planning.
• Relevant SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring practices.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving ability.
