Quality Assurance Engineer – Additive Manufacturing – 15546

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support additive manufacturing processes in a technically advanced industrial environment.

What you will work on:

• Lead and perform FMEA analyses to identify and prevent risks in additive manufacturing
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for process and product issues
• Perform value stream mapping (VSM) to optimize workflows
• Conduct measurement system analyses (MSA) to ensure accurate and reliable data
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive improvement initiatives
• Contribute to development and maintenance of quality procedures and standards
• Support continuous improvement projects and Lean initiatives where applicable

What you bring:

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Quality, or related field
• Experience with PFMEA, SPC, and MSA in an industrial environment
• Strong interest in technology and understanding of complex technical systems
• Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience with Lean principles is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Finspång, Sweden
