Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer

What you will work on

• Developing, deg, and improving fixtures, tools, and production aids
• Planning and executing production trials, testing, and verification activities
• Creating technical drawings, work instructions, risk analyses, and documentation
• Collaborating with production teams, maintenance staff, and operators to identify improvement opportunities
• Ordering fixtures and components and coordinating with the tooling department
• Participating in product development projects and ensuring production readiness
• Leading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in production
• Preparing technical documentation for procurement of production equipment
• Ensuring focus on ergonomics, workplace safety, and work environment improvements
• Supporting the implementation of efficient and standardized manufacturing processes

What you bring

• Experience working in production engineering or manufacturing environments
• Experience deg fixtures, tools, or production equipment
• Ability to develop technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Experience with production testing, validation, and process improvement
• Experience collaborating with production teams and technical departments
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial production systems
• Experience supporting product introduction into production environments
• Knowledge of ergonomics, safety, and work environment considerations
• Ability to work structured and independently while collaborating with teams
