Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Product Validation & Verification Engineer to join our team.
What you will work on:
- Plan and drive validation and verification activities to ensure products meet defined requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations
- Define validation and verification plans, strategies, and test approaches across the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of safe, reliable, and user-centric products
- Verify product requirements and ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and results
- Contribute to risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of product risks
- Execute and coordinate test activities, including test methods, protocols, and reporting
- Ensure validation and verification activities comply with applicable standards, guidelines, and internal quality processes
- Support continuous improvement of test, validation, and verification methods and ways of working
- Document outcomes clearly and contribute to high-quality technical and quality documentation
What you bring:
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in validation and verification within product development or regulated environments
- Experience working in project-based or cross-functional development teams
- Knowledge of risk management, product requirements, and product documentation such as specifications, BOMs, or quality records
- Ability to work in both analytical and planning-oriented tasks
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage large volumes of information
- Self-driven approach with strong planning, prioritization, and ownership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in test, validation, and verification methodologies is considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in Swedish is required
