Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner

What you will work on

• Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for developer testing experience
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for testing-related initiatives
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Drive adoption of modern testing tools and automated frameworks
• Coordinate releases and ensure that improvements are implemented and adopted by development teams
• Monitor metrics and developer feedback to continuously improve developer experience
• Document testing frameworks, guidelines, and best practices
• Communicate changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders
• Promote scalability, reliability, and efficiency across the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in developer tools or test automation
• Strong understanding of modern software development and testing practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable initiatives
• Documented experience in strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
