Assignment Overview

We are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator

What you will work on

  • Supporting project governance and project management activities
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Preparing status reports and presentation materials for steering committee meetings
  • Coordinating meetings, documentation, and decision points
  • Ensuring the project follows established governance and reporting structures
  • Supporting the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
  • Coordinating activities across multiple project workstreams
  • Driving smaller sub-projects and implementation activities
  • Supporting the Business Analyst with requirement-related activities
  • Planning and coordinating workshops and stakeholder sessions
  • Documenting and structuring requirements and project documentation
  • Ensuring clear communication between project stakeholders

What you bring

  • Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs
  • Experience preparing project reports and management presentations
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, documentation, and project communication
  • Experience supporting Business Analysts and requirement documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in large transformation or system implementation projects is considered a plus
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
