Assignment Description: We are looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect

What You Will Work On:

• Lead business architecture and design of Pega solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements
• Design scalable case management solutions using Pega
• Contribute hands-on to High-Level Design (HLD), Layer Cake design, and case types
• Define data models and integration approaches
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and architectural principles
• Mentor business analysts, process designers, and cross-functional teams
• Support agile delivery (user stories, backlog, sprint planning)

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Pega business architecture and process design
• Strong understanding of Pega design principles and case management strategies
• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance)
• Experience with agile/SAFe frameworks
