Assignment Overview

We are looking for an Operational Technical Software Tester

What you will work on

• Perform software testing on automotive systems, including ECUs and embedded systems
• Test and validate vehicle communication networks and protocols
• Apply knowledge of R156 requirements and Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS), including UNECE R155/R156 test requirements
• Utilize test tools and test environments for both manual and automated testing
• Document test plans, test reports, and maintain traceability to requirements
• Interpret legal requirements, standards, and certification documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance

What you bring

• Experience in software testing within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of R156 requirements and familiarity with CSMS / UNECE R155/R156
• Hands-on experience with test tools and test environments
• Understanding of vehicle communication systems
• Documentation experience following standardized processes (test plans, reports, requirements traceability)
• Experience in both manual and automated testing
• Ability to interpret legal requirements, standards, and certification documentation
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
