Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for retail and CRM use cases
• Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and DBT
• Perform experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation
• Monitor model performance and optimize for business impact
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines and production workflows
• Document solutions, perform code reviews, and contribute to technical standards
• Communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to improve data platforms and ML infrastructure

What You Bring

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable ML solutions in production
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks and model development
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, deployment)
• Strong understanding of statistics, optimization, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience working with SQL, DBT, and data modeling
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and ML pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
