Assignment Overview

We are looking for an ITSM Specialist

What you will work on

• Own and manage the ITSM tool (Ivanti), ensuring it meets stakeholder needs
• Oversee configuration, customization, and implementation of the ITSM tool
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance service delivery
• Lead ITSM-related projects and initiatives across business functions
• Develop, implement, and maintain ITIL processes aligned with best practices
• Manage cross-functional projects to optimize ITSM processes
• Act as Product Owner for the ITSM team, managing backlog and prioritization
• Gather stakeholder feedback to define vision, roadmap, and requirements
• Deliver training on ITSM, ITIL, and agile practices
• Create training materials and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of ITSM tools and processes
• Ensure successful delivery and adoption of ITSM initiatives

What you bring

• ITIL Foundation v4 certification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM/ESM (e.g., Service Owner role)
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably Ivanti
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and implementation
• Experience managing stakeholders in multinational environments
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with a proactive “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
