Assignment Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer

• Gas & Fire Detection

What you will work on

• Deg and developing systems for fire detection, fire suppression, and gas detection
• Contributing to product development and improvement of existing safety systems
• Evaluating and implementing new detection technologies such as hydrogen detection
• Collaborating with engineering teams, procurement, and suppliers
• Supporting sales, order management, installation teams, and service functions
• Ensuring solutions are cost-efficient, high-quality, and compliant with market requirements
• Working with technical documentation and system design tools
• Managing technical interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines
• Participating in technical problem-solving and system optimization
• Using Teamcenter and Comos tools in daily engineering work

What you bring

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
• Experience working as a system engineer or within technical product development
• Understanding of system design and multidisciplinary engineering environments
• Experience with technical problem-solving and system analysis
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience with technical documentation and engineering tools
• Knowledge of fire detection, gas detection, or suppression systems is a strong advantage
• Experience in plant design, instrumentation, or electrical installations is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
• Fluency in English, Swedish is considered a plus
