EHS Engineer – MedTech – 16811 – Solna, Sweden

Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced EHS Engineer

What you will work on

• Provide operational EHS support to field service teams and manufacturing sites: risk assessments, process development, and workplace safety in customer environments
• EHS leadership within EMEA: ensure compliance with local regulations, coordinate initiatives and best practices across countries and functions, reporting and analysis
• ISO management systems and audits: support process development in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, participate in internal/external audits, and drive action plans
• Training and culture: plan and deliver EHS training for field technicians and production staff; strengthen safety culture
• Travel within EMEA as needed (approx. 5–7 trips per year, covered by the client)

What you bring

• Relevant professional EHS education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/diplomas)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS
• Knowledge of field service operations and associated risks
• Experience with ISO-certified management systems and participation in audits
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and ability to interpret local laws across EMEA
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS systems
• Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA
