Assignment Overview

We are looking for an Engineer

• Design

What You Will Work On

• Support the team leader in planning, driving, and coordinating deviations according to delivery targets
• Manage remaining deviations from manufacturing and external suppliers
• Develop repair procedures in collaboration with manufacturing and act as the main approver
• Provide reflections and recommendations for design improvements to reduce deviations
• Act as a Non-Conformance Engineer (NCE) responsible for technical sign-off
• Coordinate work within the design team and communicate with internal experts and external suppliers/customers

What You Bring

• Engineering education (BSc or equivalent)
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Comfortable taking individual responsibility and working in a team
• Ability to communicate with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers
• Positive attitude and ability to act as a role model within the team
