Assignment Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Extract, transform, and validate HR/personnel data using Python and SQL
• Design and implement scalable data models (e.g., star schemas, semantic layers)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and reliability
• Collaborate with People & Culture stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
• Work closely with data platform teams (e.g., Snowflake)
• Ensure data governance, security, and access control
• Support data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Continuously improve data solutions and analytics capabilities

What You Bring

• Higher education in Data/IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation
• Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI solutions (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, lifecycle management)
• Good understanding of databases and data modeling concepts
• Experience working with or alongside cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
