We are looking for a Customer Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding delivery plans, deviations, and recovery actions
  • Drive short-term production planning in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor and follow up on delivery performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate and manage customer visits and related activities
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to address them
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive improvements and resolve issues
  • Analyze production flow and deviations to ensure optimal performance
  • Support problem-solving activities and escalate issues when necessary
  • Contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives related to delivery and programs

What You Bring

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Production, or production-related roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Service-oriented, structured, and solution-driven approach
  • Ability to handle high workload during peak periods
  • Experience working with SAP and standard IT tools
  • Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
