Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Business Requirements Specialist

What you will work on

• Leading the requirement specification work for the Corporate KYC solution
• Conducting process mapping and process inventory of current Corporate KYC workflows
• Documenting, visualizing, and standardizing KYC-related processes
• Translating business processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, risk, and technology teams
• Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in current processes
• Collaborating with development teams to clarify requirements and support solution design
• Supporting requirement prioritization and requirement management
• Ensuring that documented processes and requirements create a future-ready system foundation

What you bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management
• Experience in Business Process Modelling
• Experience with process inventory and process documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirement specifications
• Experience working closely with development teams in transformation or system implementation projects
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with developers and understand technical considerations
• Experience working in complex stakeholder environments
• Fluency in English and Swedish
