Business Analyst – Transport / TMS – 16874

Assignment Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst

What You Will Work On:

• Identify, analyze, and document business needs in transport and translate them into TMS requirements
• Support the design and development of the logistics platform to ensure TMS supports transport flows, master data, planning, and order management
• Document and visualize processes, use cases, and information flows between TMS, ERP, and WMS
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT, facilitating workshops, validating requirements, and ensuring solutions deliver business value
• Contribute to test planning, acceptance testing, and quality assurance of new features
• Analyze transport data, identify improvement opportunities, and support decisions with data-driven insights

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or transport
• Strong understanding of transport processes, order flows, planning, and master data
• Experience with TMS platforms and their role in logistics system landscapes
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and information structuring skills
• Experience working in large transformation or implementation projects
• Experience in FMCG, wholesale, or grocery logistics is a plus
• Ability to quickly understand complex logistics environments and new system landscapes
