Backstage Developer – 16692

We are looking for Senior Backstage & Platform Developers

What you will work on

• Developing and enhancing Backstage-based developer platforms
• Building custom plugins, integrations, and platform features
• Working with both frontend and backend development to deliver complete platform solutions
• Integrating internal and external services through APIs and platform integrations
• Supporting development teams through self-service tools and platform capabilities
• Deg and implementing modern platform patterns and workflows
• Collaborating with multiple teams to improve developer experience and platform usability
• Ensuring platform solutions meet performance, scalability, and quality standards
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation processes

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Platform Engineer
• Strong experience with Backstage or similar developer portal platforms
• Very strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience developing plugins, integrations, and cross-platform solutions
• Strong understanding of API design and service integrations
• Experience working with Azure and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Kubernetes-based environments
• Understanding of GitOps, CI/CD, and modern platform engineering practices
• Ability to deliver solutions independently from requirement to implementation
• Experience working in complex technical environments with high quality standards
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
