We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Operations Specialist - 2 days at the officeThis position focuses exclusively on operational activities including monitoring, support, troubleshooting and deployment operations.We are seeking a skilled, hands-on IT Operations Specialist to join our High Risk technology team, focusing on the operational excellence, reliability and performance of our diverse application landscape. This is a senior/expert-level position within a DevOps framework, dedicated to operational activities.Responsibilities:Accept, analyze, and resolve support tickets across applications and operating systems.Monitor data pipeline performance, scheduled workflow execution, system health and business process flows. Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance across all supported platforms.Manage incident response and coordinate with stakeholders during critical issues.Troubleshoot complex issues in pre-production and production environments, including parallel production environments.Perform valuable root cause analysis as part of structured problem management.Analyse application logs, pipeline logs and system alerts using monitoring tools. Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.s Execute application deployments and configuration changes following ITIL processes. Coordinate release activities across multiple environments (Pre-Prod, Production) Manage deployment schedules and communicate with business stakeholders. Perform post-deployment verification and rollback procedures when necessary.Must-haves:ITIL Foundation certification5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations and support across diverse application environments, including Java applications, data platform, workflow orchestration tools, etc.Broad knowledge of application architecture, performance tuning and data pipeline management.Experience with both Linux and Windows infrastructure and environment management, and proficiency with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git and CI/CD pipelines.Solid programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java or C#, and database queries (Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres etc.).Leveraging AI capabilities such as GitHub Copilot to streamline and improve operational workflowsExperience with monitoring tools and alerting systems (e.g. Splunk).We offer:B2B agreementTransparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding events
