Role DescriptionThe Business Readiness Lead is a senior change and delivery leader accountable for ensuring the business is genuinely ready to adopt and operate the new CRM solution at go live. This role owns the end-to-end readiness view across business impact analysis, readiness planning, target operating model alignment, training, trials and pilots, and service operations readiness. The role combines a strong change management mindset with hands on programme management capability, organising and driving a small team, working closely with business leads and business champions to turn the integrated program plan into a controlled, low risk business cutover and adoption.Key responsibilities• End‑to‑end ownership of business readiness planning and execution, aligned to the integrated program plan and business phasing. • Ensuring that readiness activities are sequenced correctly against design, build, migration and release milestones.• Ownership of business impact assessment, including changes to processes, roles, ways of working and operational hand‑offs across SE and DK.• Coordination of friendly user trials, ensuring that business users validate end‑to‑end journeys, operational processes and readiness assumptions ahead of wider rollout.• Oversight of training strategy and execution, with delivery supported by a dedicated training resource assigned to the workstream. This includes role‑based training approach, materials, scheduling and business readiness sign‑off.• Ownership of business readiness sign‑off for key Apollo milestones, providing clear recommendations into the Business Transformation Team (BTT) and Executive Steering Group where required. • Accountability for go‑live readiness, including the post go‑live co‑existence period where legacy and new solutions operate in parallel as customers migrate. This includes ensuring the business is supported during dual running and understands how to operate across both environments.• Active stakeholder management across the program, including close working with technical delivery teams, ensuring co-ordination and readiness risks and dependencies are surfaced early.Required Profile• Strong business change and readiness leadership experience on large, multi‑country transformation programs.• Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and within the overall program • Clear, confident communicator, able to translate complex delivery topics into business‑relevant impacts and decisions.• Comfortable leading and motivating a small readiness team and coordinating contributions from across the business, operating in a fast‑moving program environment with evolving scope and phased delivery.• Strong personal contribution in impact assessments and process definitions.• Previous experience in telco or customer facing transformation programs.Nice to haves• Formal change management background or certification• Experience working in a multi country or matrix business environmentDuration: 12 months Allocation: 100%Start date: As soon as possibleWork location: On-site in StockholmRemote work: Up to one day per week remote is acceptableTravel: The role includes occasional travel to Denmark for workshops or key meetings
