This role focuses on identifying and delivering high-impact AI-driven initiatives that create measurable business value.You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating closely with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and platform specialists to turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Drive digital and AI initiatives from concept through to implementationLead structured AI opportunity discovery workshops and define a prioritized backlogTranslate business needs into clear solution requirementsGuide cross-functional teams in delivering value-driven outcomesManage and optimize the application portfolioEnsure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworksLead change management efforts and drive user adoptionCommunicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or similar role in large organizationsStrong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiativesHands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologiesProven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT domainsStrong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experienceExcellent communication skills, structured mindset, and strong focus on business value deliverySeniority Level:Senior (Level 4)High level of expertise within the roleProven experience delivering complex initiativesAbility to lead and take responsibility for larger teams or initiativesHighly independent and proactiveAdditional InformationStart:01 Apr 2026End : 31 Oct 2026Location: StockholmFull-time assignment (40 hours/week) Possibility for 40% RemoteOccasional travel required (1–2 times per month within Sweden)CV must be submitted in English !If you are a driven and experienced Product Owner with a passion for digital innovation and AI, we encourage you to apply.Please note!
