Cybersecurity Consultant (Industrial IT/OT)

Within Trucks Technology & Industrial, and in close collaboration with the TTI Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Industrial, the consultant will support the execution in the TTI industrial sites of cybersecurity directives across IT-, OT- and Product cybersecurity domains. The role focuses on supporting local teams in implementation, and ensuring consistent follow up and adoption in daily operations.Support the local definition, planning, implementation, maintenance and upgrade of security measures, policies, and controls. Participate in project based cyber security development work as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with local sites and other central departments and team members to implement security procedures, methods, and best practices. Apply in depth knowledge of multiple business segments/systems/applications that span the enterprise. Thought leader in a the OT area of expertise with deep experience in adjacent areas (IT and Product cybersecurity). Support relevant local employees onboarding and growth for the area. Work spanning across all the TTI industrial sites.Main responsibilities:• Communicate prioritized, actionable tasks defined based on directives and existing risk analyses on topics such as NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE 21434, and R155 •Facilitate implementation by coordinating workshops, supporting documentation, and enabling local execution•Maintain and standardize templates, registers, and compliance artifacts to support audits and evidence tracking•Clarify RACI roles across local functions (e.g., Maintenance, IT, automation) and support mapping of responsibilities•Drive technical follow-up on security baselines, vulnerability actions, and architecture-related requirements•Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, with a focus on sustained change in operational teamsProfile:•Experience with IT/OT/Product cybersecurity, industrial IoT, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2, R155, NIST)•Strong understanding of management systems, risk-based compliance, and process ownership•Capable of coordinating across domains, following up activities, and enabling site-level teams•Strong mix of technical and soft skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
