Information Security Manager

For our clients we are looking for an Information Security Manager, location near Linköping. If possible, on a TryHire setup. The role requires background check, and you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. As an Information Security Manager, you are the central point of contact for security matters in customer engagements. The role combines governance, advisory, and follow-up, ensuring that both the customer's and the organization's security requirements, standards, and contractual obligations are met.You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, Service Delivery Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), and other key functions. The role is non-operational but requires a strong technical understanding and a high level of security maturity.Your responsibilities are: Be the single point of contact for security in customer engagementsEnsure compliance with information security requirements, agreements, and internal standardsEstablish, manage, and follow up on the information security risk registerLead and participate in various levels of security forums with our customers and conduct security reviews with both customers and internallyPrepare and present monthly security reportingContribute to and maintain development plans from a security perspectiveSupport during security incidents, investigations, and escalationsReview security aspects in changes (Change Assessment)Ensure that architecture and design documents are reviewed from a security perspectiveCreate, manage, and follow up on delivery-specific security handbooks and plans.Collaborate with sales and identify business opportunities within securityYou are proactive, structured, and analytical, with a strong sense of responsibility. You have reached a Senior level through several years of experience in information security work and several years of experience in IT security, preferably in a technical role. You possess both practical and theoretical knowledge of ISMS, risk management, incident management, and compliance follow up. You have experience working closely with customers in complex IT and operational environments and the ability to work in a structured, independent, and advisory manner.
