Internal Audit Specialist - Stress Testing Programme

We are seeking an Internal audit specialist for our client in the banking sector.Detailed description of work task XXXX XXXX carried outThe task XXXX XXXX assignment comprises active contribution to the finalisation of an audit project on a large financial institution’s stress testing programme, including identification of key risks, assessment of key controls, and testing of operating effectiveness, as well as documenting the work performed in alignment with internal audit methodology. The exact scope of tasks will be determined depending on profile availability.The project is to be reported in May.You will cooperate with the Audit Lead (located in Copenhagen) and multiple in-house Internal Audit Managers (in Helsinki and Stockholm).Must-have knowledge and experienceTechnical skills-Previous exposure to bank key risk frameworks-Knowledge of enterprise risk management and operating models at large international banks-A strong understanding of a bank’s stress testing programme and related regulatory criteria-A good grasp of different types of stress testing within a bank’s stress testing programmeInterpersonal skills-Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability-Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with senior management efficiently and objectively-High degree of intellectual agility, including the ability to summarise and draw conclusions using both quantitative and qualitative data, and connect detailed information with a broader risk narrative-Perseverant mindset-High degree of adaptability to work according to internal audit methodologiesAllocation: 100%Assignment start date: 7.4.2026Assignment end date: 8.5.2026Location: Helsinki, FinlandLanguage: Fluent in English, both written and spoken Please note!
