Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA)

We are looking for a Senior Pega Business Architect to lead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions. The assignment requires both strategic leadership and hands-on experience in deg Pega applications and driving agile delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal user experience.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex business processes into effective Pega solutions.Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, process designers, and cross-functional teams.Ensure solutions comply with business standards, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.Work hands-on with solution design, including:High-Level Design (HLD) documentationLayer Cake designPega Case Type designData model definitionSystem integrationsDrive Pega application design and setup, including Layer Cake architecture and Case Types.Support agile/SAFe delivery, including sprint planning, user stories, backlog management, and UX collaboration.Required Experience and SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in Pega business architecture and business process design.Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification.Strong understanding of Pega business design principles and case management implementation strategies.Proven experience translating complex business requirements into structured Pega solutions.Experience driving Pega application design, including Layer Cake architecture and Case Type implementation.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, including managing user stories, backlog, and sprint execution.Strong knowledge of business process integration patterns and customer journey mapping.Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage business leaders at all levels.Demonstrated ownership and accountability when delivering complex business transformation initiatives.Experience within the banking industry Start date:2026-03-23End date:2026-08-28Workload: 100%
