Implementation Lead

We are looking for an Implementation Lead for our Client in the pharma industryFor our clients BW/4HANA Conversion project we need a full time Implementation Lead who can bridge the technical team with the receiving LoB organisation.BACKGROUNDOver the next 15 months, we will be converting our BW 7.5 solution to BW/4HANA during 6 wavesApproximately 50 BW reporting solutions will be converted and about 20 persons across the organisation are representing the LoB ownership for those 50 solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESAct as primary point of contact to the project for all 20 BW reporting solution ownersProactively plan and drive completion of all project activities requiring business inputEnsure ongoing engagement of all LoB solution ownersPersistently follow-up with LoB solution owners to ensure adherence to all project milestones and deadlinesSupport LoB owners in identifying the right test approach and test persons pr solutionEnsure all dates and milestones are aligned with LoB owner's expectations and prioritiesSupport our Validation Lead/Test Manager on efficient and aligned test planning, execution and outcome communicationCollaborate closely with our IT PM, who has the ownership of all technical plans and deliverablesQUALIFICATIONSProven project management and organizational abilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStructured analytical thinking and attention to detailProcess-orientation and governance mindsetAbility to influence cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreamsStart date: 06-04-2026End date: 31-07-2027Location: Onsite Bagsvært For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
