Expert Test Manager - Consumer Finance

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to optimize testing and development processes, enhance QA maturity, and maximize automation within the Service Domain.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing current testing processes and recommending improvements (methodology, tools, strategy)Analyzing current development processes and recommending improvements (methodology, tools, strategy)Analyze current QA maturity in the Service Domain and prepare detailed plan for improvements in Manual, Automation and Non-Functional TestingAnalyze Testing Tools and Framework usage (qTest,BrowserStack, Playwright with TypeScript, JMeter etc)Analyze Overlap of Automation between Unit, Manual, API, UI and Regression Tests and report current coveragePrepare a plan for Service Domain for achieving maximum level of automation by combining automation on each level and removing overlapsAnalyze and create a plan to eliminate Defect leakageAnalyze usage of automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Cucumber) and suggest plan for improvements Suggest Quality Assurance Metrices to increase Productivity and QualitySuggest AI Use cases in QA and development space to leverage benifits Must-have knowledge and experience, to succeed in this role, you should have:Have ability to drive and support Cross Team QA activitiesHave good communication and presentation skills to drive build in Quality focusYour experience and background:15+ Year of experience in Quality Assurance areaKnowledge and experience in solutions supporting test automation (Maven, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Rest-Assured, Postman, Chrome devtools etc)Fluent in using GIT, PlayWright, Java Selenium, Cypress,Experience in Non-Functional Testing especially Performance Testing using tools like JMeterExperience in working with CI/CD pipelinesNice-to-have knowledge and experienceHands on manual testing experienceGood presentation and communication skillsStart date: 2026-04-01End date: 2026-06-30Workload: 50%
