We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for SSA/LSA pega developer🔹100 % remote from PolandWhat you'll be doing: Design and implement scalable and high-performance Pega Platform solutions, including application architecture and situational layer cake models Develop complex workflows, decisioning logic, and integrations with external systems and enterprise applications Build, identify, and maintain reusable/common components across applications Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design, testing, and optimization Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core applications and databases Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders Support scoping and sizing of Pega stories and features Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams Mentor team members and guide them in using the latest Pega tools and best practices Conduct code reviews and proactively identify and resolve development issues Stay up to date with the latest Pega Platform advancements and apply them in projects Must-have knowledge and experience: 4-8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development (depending on seniority) Experience in roles such as Senior System Architect and/or Lead System Architect Strong knowledge of PRPC architecture, design principles, and implementation features Experience delivering projects on Pega Infinity Hands-on experience with system integrations, background processing, and enterprise-scale solutions Experience in deg architecture for large Pega applications Experience with Constellation (nice to have) Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (for senior candidates) Experience in the financial sector (nice to have) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Professional fluency in English✔️ We offer:B2B agreementTransparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding events Contact person: XXXX XXXX
